All of our product are handmade product. The cooling period is 1 (one) day after purchasing, before the item is shipped. It means that buyer can change the product option or cancel a purchase agreement for full refund during the cooling period.
If you find that the item is broken, defect or faulty when you receive the item, please contact us for return or exchange immediately. Purchased product can be exchanged or ask for money refund in an unused shape for within 30 days of delivery. This return and refund policy does NOT apply if it related to the buyer's mistakes. We will refund you after receive the returned item.
If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact vintagebrasshardware@gmail.com and don't forget quoting your order reference number. Please always contact us BEFORE shipping your item back to us. We can offer you exchange or money refund then.
